My name is Heaven I am a certified license Braider Jacksonville, Flordia PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE BOOKING REQUIREMENTS - When booking please be sure to use the “category” drop down to add selection from all three steps. A $25.50 or $55.00 non-refundable deposit is required for an appointment . This deposit goes towards your service . It is only refundable if only due to emergencies or if I am at fault . In order to book , hair is required to be 4 inches or longer . Please keep in mind when cancelling you should do so before 72 hours . If you cancel the day of , 100 % the service will be charge Please contact the number or email that is given . Also , if there is an event or any other special activities please book ahead. Please be aware that no visitors are allowed during your appointment unless they are being serviced. Final payment Cash is acceptable and Apple Pay or Zelle . If paying by card , there will be additional $10 added. There will grace period of 15 minutes , at 20 minutes appointment will be cancelled . Please be on time for your appointment. You may bring snacks , or anything you desire for eating . Snacks and drinks also will be provided for additional price . Before arriving for a appointment please come with hair properly shampoo and blown out . Blow out your hair correctly instead of coming with hair not able to comb through. Hair must be free of oils and all other chemicals. Fail to do so will result in additional charges for both . For best results , please avoid trim ends and perms before coming to the appointment . As of Sunday and Monday there is additional $100 fee. I don’t work those days but willing too if needing . There is a additional $50 if wanting to be squeeze in into an appointment on the following days of Tuesday-Saturday.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy

When cancelling an appointment, a two day notice is required, otherwise resulting in 50% charge.
Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once ( ex: if you reschedule more than once, another deposit will need to be paid). Must be notified two days early for rescheduling.
Same day cancellation and no-show appointments will be charged 50% of that service.
There is a 10minute grace-period, after 15 minutes , there will be a $25 additional late fee. After 20 minutes the appointment is canceled and will be charge 40% of the appointment.
